After your purchase and initial design and build consultation, we will then begin custom cutting your timber structure and gently hand sanding each and every timber piece.
Next, we pre-fit all timber joints prior to the on-site build at your residential or commercial space to ensure an optimal fit so your structure holds strong and sturdy after decades of use.
The last item on our checklist before shipping of to your property for an easy installation, is to protect your wood from the harsh elements of the sun's UV rays and/or heavy snow loads. For this we use 2-coats of long-lasting, premium stain and conditioner products that look absolutely beautiful (color match available).
Additionally, polycarbonate pergola covers are available and a very popular option in recent years!
